SPEC_TAG: If the NC Software Set Number is the same as the Machine Software Set Number the machine may still commence a software upgrade if mismatches were found at Power up. Only platforms/modules which contain no valid version or a different version to that contained in the NC Software Set are upgraded. 

PROCEDURE: 1. Follow the POSU initiation process by changing the  versions of any modules in SCD file (opt/nc/dlms/upgrade/data/current
) using Hex Editor tool.
2. Reboot the device and observe whether Power On Software Upgrade (POSU) is initiated.
3. This POSU process will continue in infinite loop until the modifications done on SCD will be reverted back to the previous versions.
4. Verify the swupgrade log.
