OUTPUT: Only NC and CC platform modules will be upgraded during upgrade process. Once the NC has synchronized after upgrade the CCS compares the NC Software Set Number with the Machine Software Set Number and if there are any mismatches POSU will be performed using NC software set.\

SPEC_TAG: If the NC Software Set Number is less than the Machine Software Set Number the CCS compares the NC software version expected in the Machine SCD with the actual NC software version resident on the NC. If these NC versions are different the machine commences a software downgrade using the NC Software Set. Only platforms/modules which contain no valid version or a different version to that contained in the NC Software Set are modified. 

PROCEDURE: 1. Copy the DLM file into Altboot directory of USB.
2. Insert the USB in enabled port of the device and Reboot the device.
