INPUT: DLM file name will be in the format - AAa.PPP.TTY.DDDRR , where PPP is the product code which is unique for each product.

PROCEDURE: 1. Open CWIS and login as Admin.
2. Navigate to properties -> General setup -> Software upgrade.
3. Browse and submit the DLM file with valid product code.

OUTPUT: Device will accept the DLM file only if the product code of the DLM matches the original product code of the device.
