Check for references to "Xerox Service Personnel Only".  With so many third party dealers and agents now providing service to Xerox products, this verbiage should be changed to "Authorized Xerox Service Personnel Only" or something similar to reflect this change.

The intention now being that the tools can be distributed to any "authorized" service personnel, no longer solely to Xerox Service personnel. 

For example, a disclaimer such as this would appear -- Note: The XXXX Diagnostic/Software Download Tool is intended for use by authorized Xerox Service Personnel only.  The tools and information contained in this document are not intended for distribution to unauthorized Xerox third party service providers or outside organizations.
