TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To check if the EIP apps, Weblets and their data settings are retained upon USB Manual Upgrade.

PROCEDURE: 
1) Insert the USB drive in the device -> In LUI select the Install File and enter the admin login credentials when prompted.
2) Select the dlm file -> Click on “Install” button available in top right corner -> In the pop over select "Install".
3) Wait for the device to enter Software Upgrade mode.
4) After the device came to ready state%2c
Go to device LUI -> Select "LocalStorageTest" Weblet -> check the "click me" count shall be displayed as "15 times".

OUTPUT: 
The previously installed EIP apps/ Weblets and their data settings should be retained after USB Manual Overlay Upgrade.
