2.Make sure device should be ON-box-Refer SetuP details

PROCEDURE: 1. Open  JBA API Tool.
2. Add the target device to the API tool.
3. set the  User ID and Account ID   with 33 valid characters by Selecting "set_Auth" option.

OUTPUT: Should not allow the user to store the User ID and Account ID with more than 32 characters..
