TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Verify the user can do the Copy job by giving the accounting information in the MFD and the job is getting deleted once the server Reject the job.

INPUT: Network JBA Job Limits Pre-Authorization
Sec pre-condition:
1.Device should be configured with No authentication with JBA
2.The server URL should be saved in the limit server on WebUI.  
3. Set the job limit server time out from 10 to 180 seconds and by default it will be 30 seconds.  
4.Pre authorization should be enabled for all supported services(Copy, Print, scan)  

PROCEDURE: 1. Select Copy App in LUI
2. Enter the User ID and Account ID.
3. Place the document in the DADH and Press start button.
4.  It will be held for approval on the job limit server..
5. Access the Job limit server through the URL in the Browser  and Reject the job.
6. Give get_acct command in the JBA API tool to get the job logs.

OUTPUT: When the Reject confirmation is  sent from the server to the device, the print job should be deleted and the job log  should be captured on the JBA API tool.
