TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Configure the Local accounting from both LUI and WebUI

INPUT: Section Precondition:
1.Make sure machine is configured with No authentication
2.Set Guest user permission for Services pathway as "Allowed"


Make sure device should be ready state

PROCEDURE: LUI:
1. On LUI login as Admin
2.Select the Machine Status(i) ->Tools option
3.Select the  Accounting Type as ->Local Accounting
4.Press  Enabled  check box option to Select all  the Apps and click APPLY button to save the settings(Reboot required)
5.Check the LUI home screen and Select all the Apps one by one\
WebUI: 
1. Open  WEBUI and login as Admin
2. Navigate to Properties->Select 'Accounting Configuration ' under Accounting section
3.Select the Accounting Type as 'Local Accounting'
4. Press  Enabled  check box option to Select all  the Apps and click APPLY button to save the settings(Reboot required)
5.Check the LUI home screen and Select all the Apps one by one

OUTPUT: User should be able to configure the Local Accounting from both LUI and WebUI
