TESTCASE_HEADLINE: When  No Authentication is enabled, perform the  'black and white' Print  job with local accounting user and track the limits

2.Set Guest user permission for Services pathway as "Allowed"


1.  Local Accounting has been  enabled and 'Track Limit' is enabled/restrict only for 'Account Mode->Black and White  Print' 
2.Create an Local accounting user in WebUI/LUI\
UserName:User1
User ID:1111
3.Set the limits for Black and White Copy job is "100"

PROCEDURE: 1.Navigate to PRINT tab and enter the valid  Local Accounting users ID
2.Perform the Print  job with 2- Sided, Output color as "Black & White", and Number of Copies as "1"
3. After successful job completion, track the limits for B/W print jobs

OUTPUT: Limit value of  "Black and White Printed Impressions" for the particular User will be decremented by "2"
