TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Validate the 'Banner sheets' are tracked under print service when Tracking is enabled for Prints only

INPUT: Section Precondition:
1.Make sure machine is configured with No authentication

1. XSA has been enabled with "Prints" tracking  2.XSA User Account has been created already.  3.Banner Sheet is enabled for Printing.

PROCEDURE: 1.Open WebUI and Login as Admin
2. Navigate to Properties -> Accounting method -> Xerox Standard Accounting -> User Accounts and Limits
3. For a selected User, Note down the Limit value of "Black Prints" 
4.Go to print tab select a PDF document,  Enter User ID and submit the job with output color "Black & White".
5.Once the printed successfully, Repeat the steps 1 to 3

OUTPUT: Limits of prints for the particular User ID will be decremented by "Number of Originals printed + Printed Banner Sheet"
