TESTCASE_HEADLINE: Access the all the APPS,when device is configured with XSA and Local Authentication

INPUT: Section Precondition: 
1. Login as Admin in CWIS.
2. Navigate to Properties -> Security -> Authentication Configuration -> Next -> Access Control -> Device Access & select "Locked" for all Pathways.
3. Make sure machine is configured with Local Authentication
4.Create a local authentication user from WebUI
5.Make sure XSA user is mapped with Group Account Users\
Notes:
Creating local user are applicable for both Local Accounting and Local Authentication



XSA has been enabled and  'Track all' is enabled for all the apps

PROCEDURE: 1.Go to LUI and Tap on Any Apps
2.Check the Prompt 

OUTPUT: Enter XSA users ID Prompt will be displayed in the LUI screen for every apps
