TESTCASE_HEADLINE: When local Authentication is enabled, Check the 'Copy'  App access is restricted when tracking is enabled only for color  in Copy

INPUT: Section Precondition: 
1. Login as Admin in CWIS.
2. Navigate to Properties -> Security -> Authentication Configuration -> Next -> Access Control -> Device Access & select "Locked" for all Pathways.
3. Make sure machine is configured with Local Authentication
4.Create a local authentication user from WebUI
5.Make sure XSA user is mapped with Group Account Users\
Notes:
Creating local user are applicable for both Local Accounting and Local Authentication



XSA has been enabled and  'Track Limit' is enabled for restrict only for Color Copy 

PROCEDURE: 1. Go to LUI and Tap on Copy App and select output color as "Color".
2. Close the XSA users ID prompting dialogue.
3. Now tap all the Apps other than Copy & verify.

OUTPUT: 1. Accounting ID will be prompted on LUI when output color is selected as 'Color'.
2. Accounting ID prompt will not be displayed for all the other Apps.
