TESTCASE_HEADLINE: When Email_ scan jobs executed  with local authentication user, check that the Scan usage limits are  decrement in  Number of 'Color Scanned  images' remaining.

INPUT: Section Precondition: 
1. Login as Admin in CWIS.
2. Navigate to Properties -> Security -> Authentication Configuration -> Next -> Access Control -> Device Access & select "Locked" for all Pathways.
3. Make sure machine is configured with Local Authentication
4.Create a local authentication user from WebUI
5.Make sure XSA user is mapped with Group Account Users\
Notes:
Creating local user are applicable for both Local Accounting and Local Authentication


1. XSA has been enabled with "Accounting Mode - Email" tracking  
2.XSA User Account has been created already

PROCEDURE: 1.Open WEBUI and login as Admin
2.Navigate Properties and Select  Accounting ->XSA->Manage Accounting 
3. For a selected XSA User, Note down the  Usage  Limit value of "Color Scanned Images"  
4.Login as Local device user in LUI, Load some documents in DADH, tap on 'Email'  
5. Perform the 3 pages  job with 1- Sided scanning
6. Repeat the Step 1 to 3

OUTPUT: Limit value of "Black Scanned Images" will be decremented  by the number of originals scanned
