TESTCASE_HEADLINE: verify that "Color large Impressions" counter will increment to 1, when Simplex color Print job of A3/Tabloid  size is performed.

PROCEDURE: 1.Open WebUI and navigate to print tab
2.Select 2-Sided print as "1to 1 Sided", Output Color as "color" and Paper supply as "A3/Tabloid "
4.Click on "SUBMIT" Button
5.In WebUI navigate to Billing & Go to Usage Counters and check the "color large Impressions" counter value
6..On Device Hard panel press the device information button(i)                                      
   7.Go to Billing Information and  check the "color large Impressions" counter value

OUTPUT: "color large Impressions" counter will increment to 1, when Simplex color Print job of A3/Tabloid size in both LUI and WebUI.
