INPUT: 1.Goto Tools, change the default Comment text 1 as "Pongo” & comment text 2 as "Warhol"

PROCEDURE: 1. Go to copy service-Annotation , check for the default Comment text 1 as “Pongo” & comment text 2 as "Warhol"
2.Edit the comment text 2 as "Prysm"
3.Select Comment text 2
4.  Place 10 sheets of originals in DADF
5. Load the required media and select paper supply under copy service
6. Press "Start" hard panel button available on the UI

OUTPUT: 1.The Default selection for Comment text 1  shall be “Pongo” &  comment text 2 shall be "Warhol" in both System administrator/Key operator and User operation under copy service
2.The output shall be printed with comment text "Prysm"
