PROCEDURE: Perform the 'Copy' job when the accounting, authenticating, authorization  are set -Local authentication, Network authorization and Network(JBA off-box) accounting.
1. Click the 'Copy' app as guest user.
2. Enter the 'User1 and password' and click 'Login' button in LUI
3. Enter the 'User ID' on the appeared accounting prompt 
4. Set the following parameters: 
        output color: Black and white
        2-sided scanning: Duplex
       Number of copies:2
5. click the 'Start' button.
6. Copy app should be accessible for the 'User1'. The copy usage summary should be displayed for the user1 "Job log" should be captured and it should contain the authenticated 'user name', 'authorization-off-box' as 'TRUE' via API Tool.
