Add two or three users in the device user database

PROCEDURE: 1.Access the WEBUI as System Admin 
2.Go to Properties ,view and modify the new system setting "Reuse of User ID" duration 
3.set the duration for 5 days

OUTPUT: 1.Device will  allow the System Admin to view or modify the system settings "Reuse of User ID" duration  in WEBUI
2.New system setting duration will be in the range of 0 to 999 days
3.The default range will be 0
4.New system setting duration will be modified to 5
