Preconditions and Setup
1.As a admin,Set the Reuse of user id duration for 5 days
2.Add a User id(User 1) in the Device User database
3.Delete the User 1 from the device user database

PROCEDURE: 1.Access the WEBUI as System Admin and Go to Properties. 2.Set the duration as 0 in system setting
3.Try to create a new user "User 1"

OUTPUT: 1.Device will allow to save the duration for "Reuse of User ID"  as 0
2.When the duration is set to 0,device will allow to add new user as "User 1"
