Precondition:
1.Restrict the Home Screen access for Guest at LUI 
2.Make Sure the "Reuse Password" value is set as 2
3.Create a User as User1 and set a password as "Pass2" (i.e.) Not an Temporary password

PROCEDURE: 1.Access a WebUI as KO
2.Select a User1 under permission page and Change a password as "Pass2"  with Temporary password

OUTPUT: Device will allow to reuse the same password as temporary password (Even though the device memories the pervious password ) for User 1

User authentication with initial password from UI other than LUI/WUI will fail.   It is necessary to first login to the system through LUI/WUI and then change the initial password.
