1: With the Valid Local device authentication credentials passed from the ipp job,the authentication is performed by the MFD ,the user is authenticated and the job is printed successfully. 2: With the Valid Network Authentication user credentials passed from the ipp job,the MFD submits the user credentials to the authentication server configured and since valid user credentials are passed,the user is authenticated and the job is printed successfully. 3: With the invalid credentials passed from the MFD,the user is not authenticated and the job gets deleted. 4: With this we can confirm that the IPP shall support authentication via HTTP authentication schemes.
