Make sure the device should be functional. 4. Enable IPP in the device. 5. Extract the IPPtool. 6. In the print-job.test file, change the IPP-attribute-fidelity value to " false". 7. In the print-job.test file, change the media to be printed as "Letter" and save the file. 8. Unloaded the media "Letter" from the device trays. To be noted: The device should support the letter media for printing.</p>
