1.Make sure that the Mono device is upgraded with the latest build version
2. SMTP should be configured in the device
3. Paper should be placed with originals containing the IR marks in DADH.
NOTE: This TC is not applicable for SFP
PROCEDURE:1. EWS login as admin.
2. Navigate to properties -- Security -- Imaging Security -- Enable Infrared Security -- Turned ON Detect Mark.
3. Click on Mark Configuration in Imaging Security page.
4. Enter Label Name and Choose detected action as Inhibit Jobs/Email Alert/Inhibit job and Email Alerts/Audit Log only from the dropdown and Click on save button. (Test with all Detected Action)
5. Click on Email Notification -- Its navigate to email notification "Alert page".
6. Enable Group1 or 2 or 3 and enter the valid email address and "Reply to:" Email Address also Enable Infrared security Group 1 or 2 or 3 check box and click on Apply button.
7. Go to LUI -- Select Copy/Email/Scan To/Workflow scanning -- Perform copy/email/scan Jobs.
8. Click on "Jobs detected" in Imaging security page -- View the Total jobs detected and Jobs detected contain date/Time; User name; Job name and Action.
Note:
Jobs should be deleted when Action Selected as inhibit jobs and alert (A security document has been detected by the device's imaging security feature and has been deleted) should be displayed in LUI.
Email Alert format should in the below format;
