INPUT: <p>&nbsp;1. Make sure that you are 14 days past initial install (Software Upgrade,golden disk,Erase Customer data).</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Set Clock ahead 14 days. (If changed Scan App default settings within 14 days)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Zero out the data by disabling/enabling the policy (allow the device to automatically change default settings for Email and Scan to App) via web UI.</p><p>NOTE: This TC is not applicable for SFP</p>

PROCEDURE: <p><br />
&nbsp;&nbsp;1. Change Scan File format default settings via SNMP.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Run 15 Scan To jobs with all defaults except Scan file format (JPEG).</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Wait for session end.(Timeout or Resetting the App by selecting Reset button in home App)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;4. Open Scan To App and check that there is no change to defaults.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;5. Set Clock ahead 14 days.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;6. Open Scan To App and check that Scan file format should be changed to JPEG.</p>
