TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate whether the EIP Browsers shall obey the current speech settings as Enabled the Speech Output in LUI and shall support speech output in Focus Mode for any EIP Application

INPUT: 1. Device should be in latest build.
2. External Keyboard should be connected with the device.
3. Speech Test App must be installed in the device.

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI, using external Keyboard, Navigate using tab key to Device App -> Accessibility Tab-> Enable the Speech Output option -> Navigate to Ok button and Press Enter. 
2. In External keyboard -> Press on Home button key  -> Navigate to Speech Test App -> Click Enter button in the keyboard to open Speech Test.
3. Navigate to the components in the Speech Test App.
