3. Speech Output must be disabled in the device.
4. Speech Test App must be installed in the device.

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI, using external Keyboard, Press Ctrl + 5 to Enable Speech output.
2. In external keyboard -> Press on Home button key  -> Navigate to Speech Test App -> Click Enter button in the keyboard to open Speech Test App
3. Ensure Speech Out is disabled after pressing ctrl+5 in keyboard and check whether it's announced by the Speech Output without any visual indication.
