TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate the focus element, label name, State and role of button for "Press Me togglebutton" by using speech output in EIP App(Speech Test App).

INPUT: 1. Device should be in latest build.
2. External Keyboard should be connected with the device.
3. Speech Output must be disabled in the device.
4. Speech Test App must be installed in the device.

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI, using external Keyboard, Press Ctrl + 5 to Enable Speech output.
2. In external keyboard -> Press on Home button key  -> Navigate to Speech Test App -> Click Enter button in the keyboard to open Speech Test App
3. Navigate using Tab key, to  the Press Me togglebutton under "Button Example"  in the Speech Test App
4. Ensure that the Focus indicator visible for Togglebutton and Label name(Press Me), role(Togglebutton) and state(Not Pressed) of the Press Me Togglebutton shall be announced as "Press Me Togglebutton Not Pressed" by the Speech Output
5. Press Enter key and Ensure that the Focus indicator visible for Togglebutton and Label name(Press Me),role(Button), State(Pressed) of the Press Me Togglebutton shall be announced as "Press Me Togglebutton pressed" by the Speech Output
6. Same scenario will be validated for "Press Me" Togglebutton under Aria-pressed in "Aria link"
