TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate that the user can navigate using external keyboard by pressing Tab and Shift+Tab keys and to verify whether the components are operable when speech output is disabled

INPUT: 1. Device should be in latest build.
2. External Keyboard should be connected with the device.
3. Speech Test App must be installed in the device.
4. Speech Output must be disabled in the device.

PROCEDURE: 1. In external keyboard -> Press on Home button key  -> Navigate to Speech Test App  -> Click Enter button in the keyboard to open Speech Test App 
2. By navigating using Tab Key, ensure that the focus indicator visible and the focus moves from top to bottom(one by one) to all the components in Speech Test App 
3. By navigating using Shift+Tab Key, ensure that the focus indicator visible and the focus moves from bottom to top(reverse order) to all the components in Speech Test App 
4. When the focus is on any of the components in Speech Test App, ensure that the component shall operable by pressing either Enter/Spacebar key.
