TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate whether the EIP Browsers shall obey the below Accessibility speech settings set 
i. Speech Volume
ii. Speech Rate
Iii. Pitch

INPUT: 1. Device should be in latest build.
2. External Keyboard should be connected with the device.
3. Speech Output must be disabled in the device.
4. Speech Test App must be installed in the device.

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI, using external Keyboard, Press Ctrl + 5 to Enable Speech output. 
2.In LUI, Navigate using tab key to Device App -> Accessibility Tab-> Enable the Speech Output option 
3. Navigate by using Tab key in the Keyboard to Speech Volume -> Press Enter to set the speech volume using Left and Right Arrow keys to increase and decrease the volume in the LUI.
4. Navigate using Down Arrow Key to Speech Rate in the LUI -> Press Enter to Set the Speech Rate using left and right arrow keys to increase and decrease the volume in LUI 
5. Navigate using Down Arrow key to adjust  Pitch in the LUI -> Press Enter to Set the Pitch using left and right arrow keys to increase and decrease the volume in LUI.
6. After setting Speech Volume, Speech Rate and Pitch in the LUI , navigate to Ok button and Press Enter in the External Keyboard, to make the changes get saved. 
7. In external keyboard -> Press on Home button key  -> Navigate to Speech Test App -> Click Enter button in the keyboard to open Speech Test App 
8. Ensure that all the changes shall reflect in Speech Test App.

4.User should be able to change the " Speech Rate" and the changes should be announced to the user.
5.User should be able to change the " Pitch"  and the changes should be announced to the user.
8. Changes in the Speech settings should reflect in Speech Test App.
