TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate whether EIP Browsers shall suppress the touch sound that is generated on each finger press to the screen when doing speech output.

INPUT: 1. Device should be in latest build.
2. External Keyboard should be connected with the device.
3. Speech Output must be disabled in the device.
4. Speech Test App must be installed in the device.

PROCEDURE: 1 In LUI, using external Keyboard, Press Ctrl + 5 to Enable Speech output. 
2. In external keyboard -> Press on Home button key  -> Navigate to Speech Test App -> Click Enter button in the keyboard to open Speech Test App
3. Ensure that the touch sound shall suppress and volume shall be consistent on each finger press, when the focus is on any components in Speech Test App
4. Same scenario should be validated for input fields while typing values.
