TESTCASE_HEADLINE: To validate whether the user shall get the non-visual announcement for Entry Screen Defaults setting set as Speech Test App when speech output is enabled/disabled.

INPUT: 1. Device should be in latest build.
2. External Keyboard should be connected with the device.
3. Speech Output must be disabled in the device.
4. Speech Test App must be installed in the device.
5. In CWIS Support Screen -> Login as Admin -> Navigate to Properties Tab -> Click General Setup -> Click "Entry Screen Default" in the General Setup -> Choose "Speech Test" app in the Default Walkup Screen under Entry Screen Defaults -> Click Apply button

PROCEDURE: 1. In LUI, using external Keyboard, Press Ctrl + 5 to Enable Speech output.
2. In external keyboard -> Press on Home button key  -> Focus to Reset button using tab key -> Press Enter Key -> Focus to Reset all Apps button -> Press Enter key -> Launch the Speech Test app automatically, once reset is done
3. Ensure Speech Out is disabled and check whether it's announced by the Speech Output without any visual indication.
4. Ensure Speech Out is enabled after pressing ctrl+5and check whether it's announced by the Speech Output without any visual indication.

OUTPUT: 3. When the Speech output is disabled via  keyboard using shortcut key(ctrl + 5), Speech output should announce as "Speech Output OFF" without any visual indication for Entry Screen defaults setting.
