The screen should follow these rules: • The Manual Feeder button just displays Manual Feeder. • The Auto Size Match button just displays Auto Size Match. • Verify each buttons have this information: o Each tray[x] displays the paper size and type loaded on the source o Verify the Current default is selected whatever is the selection made in Menus - Copy Settings - Copy To Source. Note: If Two or More source have same Paper Size and Paper Type%2c then only One Button should be displayed for such sources. • Verify any selection should return you back to the Copy screen with the new value selected. • Verify the Default Value for Copy To is the value set for Copy To Source setting under Copy Settings Menu. • Verify Envelope paper types are not supported in Copy%2c these types are not included in Manual Feeder - Paper type selection screen • If the Default paper source is setup w/ Envelope type%2c verify Copy to defaults to Tray 1. Copy to - Supported Trays • Load trays with any supported paper sizes and make sure that printer will pick paper on the specified Copy To source. • Press Copy To and make sure to vary the tray installed as Copy to source • Generate an empty Tray scenario and verify that correct prompt will appear. • If incorrect paper is loaded on the Tray source w/ size sensing OFF. Verify the paper size displayed on that source is UNIVERSAL • If the Copy to source is empty. Verify a load Paper IR will be prompted. • Verify that Trays support size sensing OFF and ON. You can navigate the Size sensing selections in Configuration Menu.
