1.Make sure that the EIP apps and weblets files are installed.
2.Make sure that Weblets or .DLM files should be available in the USB drive.
3.Make sure that Scan to USB Print from USB and installation policy is enabled in the EWS.
4.Make sure that the display order for workflow scanning is before Print from app.
Scenario 1:
The Install file option should be grayed out in the switchboard and if selecting the grayed out Install file option should displayed the "App Unavailable" Notification banner message from the LUI switchboard and the below items should get displayed
a)Scan to USB
b)Print from USB
c)EIP application
d)Weblet file

Note: Point (c) and (d) not necessarily in that order.
Scenario 2:
The Scan to USB should be grayed out in the LUI switchboard and if selecting the grayed out Install file/Scan to USB the "App Unavailable" Notification banner message should get displayed in LUI and after performing step 3 the LUI switchboard should display the below items
a)Print from USB
b)EIP application
c)Weblet File
Scenario 3:
The Print From USB is grayed out in the Switchboard and if selecting the grayed out Print from USB the "App Unavailable" Notification banner message should get displayed in LUI and after performing step 3 the switchboard should be displayed the below items
a)EIP application
b)Weblet File
Scenario 4:
The LUI displayed "No apps are configured which support this portable storage device banner message.
Scenario 5:
The LUI USB switchboard should be displayed the enabled service/application accordingly.
Scenario 1:
1.Insert USB drive into the device and confirm the USB switchboard is displayed on the LUI.
2.Now disable the following Installation Policies via EWS--Properties--Security--Installation Policies--uncheck the checkbox
a. Allow Weblet Installation
b. Allow Software Upgrades
c. Allow Cloning Installation and apply the changes.
3.Remove the USB drive and re-insert the USB drive to check the switchboard.
Scenario 2:
4.Disable Scan to USB via EWS--Login as Admin--Properties--Apps--Scan to USB--General--select "Disabled" radio button then apply the changes
5.Repeat step 3.
Scenario 3:
6.Disbale Print from USB via EWS--Login as Admin--Properties--Apps--Print From--Print from USB--Select "Disabled" radio button then apply the changes.
7.Repeat step 3.
Scenario 4:
8.Disable the EIP application and Weblet file from EWS and repeat step 3.
Scenario 5:
8.Now enable the Scan to USB Print from USB and installation policy or any one of the application and check the LUI switchboard.
