Output may be incorrect in viewer that does not interpret tags (e.g. MS Office Document Imaging version 2007 or Microsoft Office Picture Manager 2006). \ Note: in order for 'MS Office Picture Manager' to view successfully the scanned file, it may be necessery to change the Default Public Folder's compression settings for TIFF Color Compression from 'TIFF Specification Supplement 2' to 'TIFF 6.0 (old JPEG)'. To do so, go to Default Public Folder->Modify Settings->Compression Capability (Edit)->TIFF Color Compression. 3. Perform the same test using the same original scanned via the DADH using SEF (short edge feed). Same outcome is expected. 4. Go ahead and validate Private's Folder TIFF rotation settings still being at its 'default' mode. Note: the setting is independent between each individual Scan to Mailbox folder. 5. Go ahead and change the TIFF orientation setting for the Private Folder to 'Use TIFF Orientation Tag (Faster image processing, special image viewer may be needed)' as well. 6. Validate its functionality by repeating steps 1 - 3 for Private Folder.
