  1. Enable Airprint and Embedded Fax in the device. 2. Make sure MFD and the Airprint client are on same network. 3. Configure Faxout log in the device. 4. Configure IPP in the device. 5. Install IPP tool in the Apple Client. 6.Make lab the machine.
PROCEDURE:

  1. Perform a Faxout job from the IPP tool and wait till the job gets completed successfully. 2. Open WinSCP/Filezilla client tool with the device IP. 3. Navigate to the path /var/opt/nc/AppLogs/FaxOut/ and verifies the Faxout log file name format as below: FaxOut_YYYY-MM-DDTHHMMSS.frcGMT-Offset.log where YYYY-MM-DD->Year-Month-Date T->Seperator HHMMSS.frc->Hour:Minutes:Seconds.decimal fractions in hundreds/1000s of a second. GMT offset->Time zone offset from GMT. 4. Now again do multiple of faxout jobs and wait till all gets completed successfully. 5. Verify whether the faxout log file name got changed for every new faxout job.
OUTPUT:

Faxout file log name should be the same for all the Faxout jobs. Subsequent entries have been made in the same log file for every faxout job leaving the file name unique.
