SUMMARY: 55.007.013 FT-14212 When the Device Name of the printer is configured, the Device Name shall be used for the Instance Name portion of the Service Instance Name advertised in a DNS PTR response packet, however when the Device Name exceeds 63 bytes in length,  the Instance Name shall be truncated before the 64th byte on the UTF-8 encoded character boundary.
