DESCRIPTION: {DY 2.1} If the MFD is restarted after a BOOTP address has been configured on the system, then it shall first try to reacquire the last address it had.  The MFD shall try to reacquire its old address for approximately 32 seconds before it gives up and tries to discover a new address by starting the BOOTP process over again.
