SUMMARY: 19.035.006  FT-14212  CCSFEAT1039 If Isotropic reduction is selected by the user, the image shall be scaled with the same R/E value for both dimensions. If the ouput:input ratio percentages for the two dimensions are not equal, the smaller of the two percentages shall be used for both dimensions such that the entire image from the input document fits onto the output paper size.
