SUMMARY: 55.090.014FT-14212CCSFEAT10032 Provided SMTP is enabled and E-Mail Alert group settings have been configured, the System Administrator shall be able to run a test to ensure that the system is properly configured for E-Mail Alert Message operation.  The E-Mail Alert Test Message shall be available whenever alert settings are applied via the Web UI.
