DESCRIPTION: {R15-11_D2.6, DY 5.1} [Removed in FT-22762] At Sleep entry if the OS is requested to disable Deep Sleep then the OS shall enter and remain in Sleep-semi-conscious mode as its lowest power mode AND enable USB port power in sleep, i.e. entry to Deep-Sleep shall not occur. Note this requirement supports any external devices that require USB port power to be maintained during Sleep mode (e.g. USB card reader) and system behaviour is based on the state of the USB port sleep power flag.
