Note: Some customer replaceable units follow a run-out-and-replace pattern, but the re-order message trigger is based upon average machine usage.  It is possible that a short period of high usage could cause the message to appear, and a subsequent low usage period make the message disappear.  This is potentially confusing for customers.  Once a re-order message has been raised it should be maintained until the unit in question is replaced, or reaches end of life (EOL) in which case the re-order message is replaced by a replace message.
