DESCRIPTION: {DY 1.0} [Only in FT-14212] If the system detects that the network cable is not plugged in or a Wireless Dongle has not been detected at any time after the language selection and before the Network Tests begin, a message screen shall notify the user that certain wizard functions can be completed automatically, if supported in the environment, once the cable or dongle has been plugged in - or that the user can opt to not connect (skip network setups altogether).
