DESCRIPTION: {DY 1.0} [-PO] When the contention algorithm is modified with jobs in the system, the incomplete job queue display on the Local UI will be reordered immediately. The queue display therefore will NOT reflect an accurate order until all existing jobs have completed (i.e., the UI will show the queue ordered using the new algorithm, but the existing jobs will mark in the order selected by the old algorithm).
