PROCEDURE:

Scenario A:

  1. Via the WebUI: Verify that the "Output Color" type for all print jobs is now set to black- white through Properties- Services- Printing-General.

  2. Via the WebUI: Submit a color document without valid XSA credentials without setting "Output Color" type to color (default is auto).

  3. Verify that submitted color job prints in B&W- ( default "Output Color" for all print jobs reflect setting verified in step 1 above).

  4. Repeat step 2 but this time around change the "Output Color" type to color without entering a valid XSA credential.

  5. Verify that the color job submitted in step 4 is deleted and an error sheet prints stating job ws deleted due to invalid accounting IDs.

    Scenario B:

  6. Via LUI- Select the "Print" feature found in the "All Services" screen and verify that the default for "Output Color" is black &amp- white.

  7. Verify that the "Auto Detect" option and all other color option settings found under the "more" button are locked%2c and when selected%2c the end user is prompted to enter a valid Xsa ID.

OUTPUT:

  2. The default color for each of the effected services is black and white.

    Scenario A:

  3. The "Output Color" type for all print jobs is now set to black &amp- white.

  4. Color document submitted without valid XSA credential and without setting "Output Color" prints in B&amp-W.

  5. Color documents submitted with "Output Color" type set to color and no valid XSA credential will be deleted and an error sheet prints with reason for job deletion.

    Sceanrio B:

  6. Default for Print "Output Color" is black &amp- white.

  7. All "Color" option settings except for B&W prompt end user to enter a valid XSA ID.
