INPUT: <p>If a device receives a print job or Driver Efax job (or any network submitted job) with invalid or missing Xerox Standard Accounting User IDs (except for those listed in the System User section), the job will be rejected (deleted).</p><p>An error sheet will be printed to notify the user that the job was deleted. The error sheet will contain the following information (only if data is available):</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;* User Name</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;* Date and time</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;* Job Name</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;* Reason for deletion: “The job was deleted due to invalid accounting IDs” </p><p>Note: All text strings in this document are approximate to convey the meaning. </p>

PROCEDURE: <p></p><p>With XSA enabled</p><p></p>
<ol><li value="1">From Driver UI: Submit a print job of any support document type (ie...doc, ppt, xls, pdf, xps, etc.). Set  to "Normal print" from the Job Type dropdown menu.<br />

</li><li value="2">When prompted for credentials enter a set of non-valid XSA credentials. <br />
<br />
</li><li value="3">Verify that job is rejected/deleted and an error sheet prints out.<br />
The error sheet should contain the following info: <br />
User name<br />
Date and time<br />
Job name<br />
Reason for deletion (ie.. The job was deleted due to invalid accounting IDs).<br />

</li><li value="4">Repeat steps 1 through 3 but change Job Type to from "Normal Print" to "Fax".</li></ol>
