 If XSA user limit is reached before the job is completed, an error sheet will be printed to notify the user that the job was deleted. This will occur for print, Scan to X.
The error sheet will contain the following information (only if data is available):

  * User Name

  * Date and time

  * Job Name

  * Reason for deletion: “The job was deleted due to insufficient accounting allocation.”

PROCEDURE:

With XSA enabled:

1.) Submit a print job using an account that has depleted all usage limits for XSA printing.

2.) Verify the print job is deleted and error sheet prints with detailed reason for deletion.

3.) Make sure that the error sheet that prints when a user attempts to exceed the XSA limit assigned to them contains the following information:

- User Name
- Date and time
- Job Name
- Reason for deletion:
- The job was deleted due to insufficient accounting allocation.

OUTPUT:

  1. An error sheet prints out with detailed reason for deletion when submitted prints jobs where usage limits are reached before entire job complete printing. The device will print up to the alloted limit.

    For scan to X jobs device will scan all sheets first and compare set limit. If total number of scanned in sheets exceeds the limit the job is deleted and an error sheet prints containing the reason for deletion.

    The error sheet in both instances will contain the following information:

    - User Name
    - Date and time
    - Job Name
    - Reason for deletion:
    - The job was deleted due to insufficient accounting allocation.
