PROCEDURE: 1.Select "Machine Status" hard button. 2.Invoke "Tools" tab. 3.Select "Service Settings". 4.Select "Device Address Book". 5.Select "Export Sample" option from the "Management Actions" drop down list. 6.Click on "OK" in Export Sample display screen after selecting the Demlimiting Character.

OUTPUT: 1.User should get the new window with the warning message as "Insert Your USB Drive". 2.The nomenclature and screen layout should be as per the VFA.
