PROCEDURE: 1.Select "Machine Status" hard button. 2.Invoke "Tools" tab. 3.Select "Service Settings". 4.Select "Device Address Book". 5.Select "Export Sample" option from the "Management Actions" drop down list. 6.Select "ok" in the Export File window. 7.Select ".csv" file from the USB drive. 8.Select "Export" in the Export File window.

OUTPUT: 1.User shall able to view the "Exporting Sample" progress window with the name of the file. 2.User should be able to view the "Sample Exported Successfully" pop up window. 3.The downloaded file contains headers only. 3.The nomenclature and screen layout should be as per the VFA.
