PROCEDURE: 1.Select "Machine Status" hard button. 2.Invoke "Tools" tab. 3.Select "Service Settings". 4.Select "Device Address Book". 5.Select "Import" from the "Management Actions" drop down list. 6.Select "Append" from the "Addition Policy" drop down list. 7.Select "Comma(hex 2C)" from the "Delimiting character" drop down list. 8.Click on "Browse" in the "Import File" display screen. 9.Select the ".csv File" from the USB drive. 10.Select "Import" in the import file display screen.

OUTPUT: 1.User should able to view the "Importing .csv File" processing window. 2.After the successful completion of importing, the user should able to view the "Import Complete" window with two blocks showing "Users Successfully imported" in the left side and the "Users Not Imported" in the right side with the appropriate numbers below. 3.The nomenclature and screen layout should be as per the VFA.
