PROCEDURE: <p>1.Configure the MFD for Convenience Authentication and initialize the MFP 2.Create a Scan Workflow template where Build Job is ENABLED by default. 3.With card swipe log on to the machine with user1; scan a job using the Scan Workflow Template ; release the job from Preauthorization server and Log off. 4.Open the Putty/JBA and Verify the Expected result (1) 5.Log on to the machine with a user2; Select workflow scanning Service enter the use rid /Account id ;scan a job using the Scan Workflow Template ; release the job from Preauthorization server and Log off. 6.Open the Putty/JBA and Verify the Expected result (2) in JBA /Putty Note1:Repeat the same for copy ;print ;fax ;Single Touch Note2:Repeat the same steps with user prompting as Colour prompting;Custom. Note3:Repeat the same with Built Job OFF</p>
