1) Fax card should be installed
2) Fax service should be configured and enabled
3) Neither Favorites nor DAB is configured as fax service defaults
4) Batch send should be disabled
5) Install print driver in PC.
1) Open the word document and select print
2) Select print properties and select Fax from the job type drop down list.
3) Click Add recipient radio button and add name(Rajesh) and fax number(9127)
4) Select the print
5) Before completion of the 1st job send the another set of document from the same print driver and submit the job to the same destination(9127).
6) Navigate to job status and select active job status tab
7) Verify that First job should start with processing dialing sending and completion
8) After completion of the first job second job should be start to dial the destination and user can hear the dialing tone of the second job
9) View the JBA log from the JBA Test tool.
10) Verify the following :
a) Verify if system-job-identifier is listed in JBA log
b) Verify if system-job-type is listed in JBA log
c) Verify if accounting information are not tracked as generic ID's in JBA log
Verify that
a) system-job-identifier should be tracked in JBA log.
b) system-job-type should be tracked in JBA log.
c) User ID and Account ID attributes should not tracked as generic ID's in JBA log.
